Soma House was born from Sher's personal journey of navigating chronic stress, anxiety, and the disconnect that modern life often creates between mind and body. After years of seeking relief through traditional methods that never felt complete, the founder discovered the transformative power of somatic and embodied practices—approaches that don’t just address symptoms but help us understand, feel, and integrate our inner experiences.

Through training in holistic wellness, somatic therapies, and body-based healing modalities, the founder experienced firsthand how profound change becomes possible when we learn to listen to the body. This realization became the heart of Soma House: a place where individuals can access tools, practices, and support that reconnect them with their innate capacity for calm, clarity, and resilience.
